Before shipping: If the cancellation is done before the product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

After shipping: If the product has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement in cases of damage or defect.

Return Policy

If the jewellery item received is damaged or defective, or the packaging appears tampered with:

  • Return it immediately to the delivery personnel.

We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, provided the original packaging and product tag are intact.
